County of the Month Hall of Fame

The TXGenWeb staff decided to implement a new award beginning on January 1, 2005. All County/CC teams that have won the COM three times will be added to the Hall of Fame (HOF) and will display the award graphic on the website. Some of these counties have won more than three times (before we limited it to three or under different CCs). TEAM means the county and CC(s) have won the award together.

The counties in the Hall of Fame will not be eligible for any further COM awards.

The graphic for the Hall of Fame Award was designed by Kimm Antell for the TXGenWeb Project.

The Award for HOF County of the Year started in 2013, was not awarded in 2017-2018 due to circumstances beyond our control and ended in 2020.
