Position: Temporary County Coordinator (TCC)
A Temporary Coordinator must be a County Coordinator in good standing with TXGenWeb. Temps are used for orphan counties and for filling in when someone has an extended emergency.This position is mostly the same as for County Coordinator on a temporary basis but will be limited to answering questions, updating the main page, adding queries, adding to surname lists and checking links periodically. The temp time may only be a few weeks or may extend into years. Most importantly, you must be willing to immediately surrender the county to it's permanent coordinator.
Your name and email address MUST be displayed on at least the main page of the county site.
You are not expected to add to the site yourself but you are welcome to do so.
You're welcome to leave any temp position at any time without any discredit or repercussion.
